Just a blanking plate. The TEA only had an oil pressure gauge and an ignition warning light.

For some strange reason, only the diesel TE20 had a volt meter. and only the kerosene/ TVO model (TED20) had a temp gauge.

Originally, ex the factory, the TEA20 had a white faced oil pressure gauge and the red charging light both on the [u:2debe0b174]right[/u:2debe0b174] side of the dash. There was a blanking plate clipped over over another gauge hole on the left side of the dash.

A voltmeter is not much use with a generator and most after market amp meters being sold for Ferguson tractors are -30 - 0 - 30 and near useless as the maximum output of an original Ferguson generator in new condition is only 11 amps. If you want an amp meter, find a -10 - 0 - 10 or -15 - 0 - 15 amp meter.

The red charging warning is still the best indication that the generator is charging.
