TO 20 oil leak

A friend has a TO 20 and it leaks oil from the stud that the 3 point swing arm is mounted on. This stud is mounted low on the rear end, and it turns but will not tighten up. Any help would be helpful. Thanks

You will have to remove axle housing. The stud as you call it has a nut on the inside which is loose. Remove tire and wheel, brake rod, fender then remove nuts around housing, complete unit will come off. Replace housing gasket. Not as big of job as one would think.
