That's a pretty good deal with a blade and rake included. I paid over $700 for a 7' rake last year.

I was thinking the same thing, cab 2 bills, blade 3 bills, rake - yeah why so much for those things? etc etc... the basic tractor is down to a few hundred.

I have seen this tractor for sale before....I am nearly sure someone
posted it on here? Go get it! The rear PAVT wheels are bound to be
worth a bit?
