TO-30 Broken Shifter

I got my tractor hung in gear and tried rocking it. Then I pushed too hard on the shift lever and broke it where the bulbed end engages the linkage. I looked in Steiner, but all they have are boots and knobs. Does anyone know where I might find a shifter? Do the shifter and cover come as a unit? Could I have the broken piece welded? Here's a picture.

I would try salvage yards for a used one. Don't think welding would hold.

Thanks. I found one a Wengers and two on e-bay. Just depends on id the seller will accept M.O.
