What is this Bracket For ?

My dad picked up a TO 30 and were trying to find a draw bar (Not the 3 point type) but are coming up blank, Our Tractor has this bracket under the differential and were not sure what it"s for ?

Can anyone Help ?

That was for hooking up the Ferguson horseshoe drawbar that was available as an accessory. The easiest way to add one one is to get the one like they sell on this site that bolts around the pto shaft and under the tractor.
