FE-35 Spotting.

At minute 30:15 in last Sundays Masterpiece Theater"s "Endeavor" the Fugue episode, the police inspectors are out and about in the country chasing down a suspect when they stop in interview a farmer driving a FE-35.

Show is set in the early sixties so the tractor fit right in.

I am watching a rerun as we speak... well, I type. 1950's British Rail rolling stock is worth a emmy award right there!
Everyone's chain smoking... must be an old show... 19 minutes to go..

Blimey Geoff! You didn't tell us in was a 2 hour mellowdrama!! Alfred Hitchcock must be rolling in his grave.... The kid with glasses wasn't even a prime suspect? He was on the will of everyone who died! The nut wanted to kill Thursday? Why? He was in the Army in Italy when his mum got whacked....or did I nod off and miss something?
And this should be a commercial for gun ownership in the UK! 'Right. You're nicked mate. Don't try to opscond, my briar pipe is loaded and the detective constables have a full pack o fags and a new box of stick matches'..... they needed a couple Webleys....
I bought a gallon of copper at the dollar store. I think I will paint the MH50 belly to match the one in the show. I'd love to be able to farm in a flat cap and wool jacket all year round... rather than ski doo suit half the time... soaked short sleeve shirt the other half....
