I INSTALLED A NEW PTO SEAL NOW MY PTO LEVER WONT MOVE I THINK I HAVE CLUTCH DOG--STICKING ????

chances are your going to have to take the PTO cover off the one that engages the PTO it must have popped off the slide or (dog) that engages it.

I recently replaced my PTO cover gasket and it took a while to get everything lined up when replacing the cover. I used a flashlight as I installed it to make sure everything lined up.
it took a couple of tries and it can be tricky.
