I installed a temp gauge on my TO20. I bought the universal gauge at TS. My tractor had a temp gauge before but the line was gone and the gauge was cracked and totally rusted up. When I took the old sensor probe out it was in bad shape. The threads were rough and the new probe would not go in, it seemed too fat and too long to fit. After taking the threaded adapter off the housing I saw it was indeed correct but the insertion hole was crusted up with black junk. I reamed it with a drill bit and it all fit properly. The only issue I ended up having was the length of the sensor wire being too long. I coiled it up and zip tied it behind the battery.
