Hi All,

Anyone got a good block they want to sell???
Locality = Toowoomba QLD, Australia
Pulled the head of mine and there is hole in pistons 4 and crack across block between 2 and 3 and crack in water jacket between water drain tap and back of block...

So since I have the head off might as well rebuild the whole thing...

So looking for a good, reconditionable Block

You could try this bloke ? It isn't as far as the
US and he might not have sold it yet .

Between the drain and the back of block???? Blimey mate... If I didn't know where your tractor is... I'd have to say it froze!!! Like less than minus 20C froze...
If it wasn't for that damage, I'd say get a rebuild kit with new pistons, have the cracks in the webs welded and rebored as yanks sometimes do with z129 blocks, they always crack there... or? is this a Continental 129?????

real_lifer. There is that guy at the bottom of the Range that sells Fergy parts and would have an engine, but his prices were on another planet!

I know a guy in Dalby that has a heap of Fergys, Fergy spares and probably a spare engine or two. Can put you in contact with him if need be.

I am aware of a dead and overgrown complete TEA20 out here at Roma that may be available?

Email if I can help.

Tony. Generally there are no Continental engine Fergusons in Australia. The TE20 never came here.

All Grey Fergies here are TEA20, TED20 or TEF20.

Toowoomba is 300 Kms east of my home and almost 700 meters above sea level. To me it is often a cold, foggy place, but would never get so cold as to freeze an engine block.
