I have a 1939 Ferguson tractor w box blade n bush hog att..
it runs and am having to sell. What would be a good asking
price

Sure it"s not a Ford 9N? How about 1939? Perhaps "40 or 44?
Now if this is a 9N with the "Ferguson System" badge on the front, what is the serial number?
Hopefully under #255. I believe that is currently the oldest known machine still around.
Now if this is just an old Ferguson TO-20, then not a whole lot. If your "39 is a 9N and has the aluminum dash, hood, 4 spoke steering wheel, double rib fenders, etc, then finding a buyer is not a problem.
But if it"s just an ol" fergy, not too much interest in the old iron.

It has the Ferguson stamp on front, its dark now so can't see sn but I do know the serial number near steering column is like20-130...... n there is a stamp on motor going long ways from motor number rhe number is 14, can't remember what that means

Greetings once more! Old Ford tractors bring a substantial higher dollar than the old Fergies do. Just a fact of life on this side of the pond from England. I am sure in England quite the opposite is true. I tried to add a link to this post and it goes through old Ford tractor identification.
Pics show a lot of details. The serial number plate under the steering wheel on Fergies should begin with TO or TE or some embossed letters. This is followed by stamped in numbers that will reveal the year it was made.
See you tomorrow when you get some light and get a number or two.
