Converting my TO-30 back to 6 volt so needed a new wire harness. Decided to try an make one.
I used 14 gauge wire for everything except the hot wire from the starter switch to the ammeter. On that one I used 8 gauge. Bought a roll of tape off Ebay that is supposed to be the same as the original wrap. Looked a lot like the old friction tape from years ago. I could not stay with the original color coded wires. Could not find any gray color wire or the black with yellow striping so had to use what was available. The harness is 2 parts. The top one in the picture is form the generator and the lower one is from the dash.
