Does your lift do this?

This was posted on the Ford N series board here. I said the guy wasn't compressing the draft control spring just by picking the plow up by hand. Maybe I'm wrong but I tried it with my tractor last night and it wouldn't do it. I thought maybe either he had the plow in a neutral position or he is running the draft control spring very loose to where the plunger pushes in easily. What do you guys think?

This guy is a very good friend of mine even though he lives in Devon, England. I can assure you he knows what he is doing and has his lift set correctly. On your Ferguson you need to set the lever in neutral position for to copy this trick.

PS watch his other videos....

Well I did say I thought he might of had it in the neutral position....but if you have it down below the neutral position where you would actually plow with it..it will not pick up that easily, correct?
