How to return parts.

Ordered C5NN2218E and are the wrong parts. We have been calling return number 360-433-4221 and never get an answer. How can we get authorization to return product.

I would call the ordering number and tell them what is going on.

I ordered over $900 in parts on Tuesday and have not heard a peep. I know they say usually ships in 24 hours and about 5 days in transit,but some kind of email that they were shipped or something would be nice.

I have never gotten an Items Shipped email from YT parts orders but everything I have ordered has arrived fairly quickly. The order confirmation email is the only message I receive when placing an order here.

I have never received a shipped or tracking email from YT. But they do ship things pretty quickly. I agree, a tracking email would be nice. You can phone and they can track it for you I believe.
