So what's about the big meet in August?

I guess I have to go. GPS sez a bit over 8 hours and 500 odd miles. Some guys will be double or triple that, so I can't be a wimp.
I 'presume' to go with my campervan and hopefully a trailer. With what on it I don't know. Rt 90 is rather flat, but not that flat...
Who else is camping? and where/which? 2 choices? more? How soon should we decide and send a check?
Would it help to leave a day or 2 early and help set up? Like the email from Judy asked?

I got all that basically figured out already Richard, thanks. I now need to know who is going to be in the campsite next door? Where will next door be? No campsites at the show grounds? Who al is bringing what? Or just showing up?
Will I be drinking good Canadian beer with Inno? Guinness with Sam? Or the rat pee pee in white cans that 2 tractors will bring.... Jason lives in moonshine country... I don't know about that stuff...
No campsites at the show grounds?

Just go to the FENA website, click on 'events' then click till 'August'. Very close to the Penn line, northeast corner of the state.

I should be there on Saturday at some point. Won't be able to bring anything, just going as a spectator.

Tony Your close, LOL I'm driving from Tx. What color tractor are you bringing so I'll be able to find you? LOL How about bringing your T-AO 28 so Brent and myself can get measurements for the turnbuckle etc.

BL comes in blue cans,13hrs. away 817 miles. To bad its not during the leaf change. Now how can I sneak my good beer into Tooonee's can while he's poking up the fire?

Like a biblical tale, you feed me the good stuff first... then sneak me the ...??? bud lite??? I need a tums just thinking about it...
I know how you feel 2, last year I couldn't go 1100 miles to Mo... certainly not towing anything.
I intend to take a trailer- only possibly with something and taking home.. who knows what at the moment... too bad you don't want to come north... nice up by Inno's this time of year... mater of fact, this is the only time of year it is really nice out!!!!
You talked me into it. After the show we can drive up there. I will sit on a crate full of Molsons and watch you and Inno fix all his tractors... like Red Green says 'I'll be rootin' for ya'!!!

Nice out, like 104 in August down here, heck I might stay till the first freeze or is it freese, we don't get to use that word much down hare.

I hope to be there Tony, flying in to Boston this time so as I can get to do some driving!. Wife and family are coming too as it is our 20th wedding anniversary! Just think 5 suitcases to cart home more junk yard 'finds'!

Oh, so that suit case is to be left off at my place?
So, what day are you arriving, and how are you travelling? Camper rental sounds good nowdays, hired car? I am 100 miles west of Boston not far off rt 90..... Vienna Ohio isn't too far off 90 either... so how many in your contingent??? 4? more? You don't seriously travel international with stuff like that in your luggage? Security and customs must think you're nuts!

If the EXPO is not enough to get you to come to the show, you will not want to miss the banquet at Charlie Plott's museum, which is one of the largest Ferguson collections in the US. Also, do not forget your banquet tickets. Over 1/3 of the limited number of seats are all ready reaserved

Thinking about a camper Tony, but they are all petrol powered
and we absolutely cringe at anything petrol powered(because of
our prices over here!) Find me a camper with a nice Perkins
diesel and it will do. Probably do the hire car thing again and
find some cheap, Indian run motels!
And, yes that suitcase did go through customs and immigration,
Customs officer raised one eyebrow and said ''you wouldn't
happen to be restoring a Ferguson....eh?"...."Aaaaa......yus-sir I
would be"
" I remember driving my fathers wee Ferguson many years
ago.......................!!!!!"
See Tony, there is magic in them wee tractors, it weaves a
spell and mesmerises even tough customs officers!
But....you have to know how to spin that magic!!!!!
LOL.....Sam

Please reserve 5 seats for me, David. (myself, Mrs 40 and 3 sprogs!) I have already told Phil widersomething to do so, but can you just check that it is done?
Thanks ....Sam

Sam,

I have not heard from Phil W. as he has had a stroke last month. No sure how severe. Anyway, I have you down for 5 tickets. Let me know how many ham and how many chicken as they need to be ordered ahead of time.
