Repair a TO-35 Hood

Here I am looking for the fastener that is riveted into the hood where the center section screws into. This is on the TO/MF 35 hood.
Hopefully this description is clearer than mud.

Nooo....I need the contraption that goes between the two rivets. Underneath the center panel...
