How to Identify my Fergy without serial plate

Hi,

I have a Ferguson TEA20 (I think)
There is no serial plate...
I have identified date stamp under seat as 3/6/2
Which I believe equates to 03/06/1952
The engine I believe is original because the date stamp behind the generator/carburettor is 9/12/1
Which I believe equates to 09/12/1951
Would this be an 80mm or 85mm engine...

Regards

Rod

If it's a 52 it will be the 85mm in the land of
plenty (TEA's that is) there are fellows that can
tell you every thing about them, wish JohnUK were
here.

In 1951 the first TEA 20 s/n was 167837 there were 4664 made with the 80mm engines then at s/n 172501 the first 85mm engine was installed. There were a total of 73498 TEA 20s made in 1951. Trac is correct again.
