ferguson disc

It"s perfect for your 35 and you probably will not find a better 3pt disc ever made. I wish I had one myself.

you should be ok with it, as its a med weight disc,
once I bought a 6ft tufline disc for my TO-35, I could pull it fine, but at the ends, it was so heavy the frontend would just dance.

so I bought a med weight disc.

I would think price is a bit high, but if the bearings are good you may ok.

it may have wood bearings. The old ferguson disc we had, used wood bearings.

I got this 6 1/2ft Atlas 300 disc for $500 used, but almost new.

Yes the tractor will pull these just right, she will bark a little in wet ground, but the two were designed for each other...
Value wise??? Depends where you are. Ask a few locals in the know what they think, to me, around here, 6 is max. What makes life confusing is the cookie cutter stuff TSC sells for big bucks, and people pay it..

If I remember right they made those discs with 16" and 18" discs and the 18" is the more desirable one. It will pull as easy as the one with 16" discs but it cuts better.

Check the wooden bearings and spools. They were completely worn out on mine. I couldn"t find replacement parts so I built new spools out of pipe and added a 1/2in thick thrust plate at the end of each one. I had a local woodworker turn some new bearings out of black locust wood. I also shortened the axles and removed the outside disc from each gang and made a 6 foot disc out of it. Been using it for about 20 years that way with no problem although it doesn"t get many hours of use each year.
