Yes..... A good block of wood and my friend the persuader and with a bit of care on the well placed blows......!
Never hit the radius bar direct, only hit the soft timber as the bar is just a shell of mild steel and will dent real easy. Set your foot on the timber to stop it bouncing as you hit it.

Here's is a method I have used. It's quick,fast and in a hurry Couple pieces of angle iron, couple pieces of chain and a bottle jack. Since i can't do multi photos I'll post in three replies.

Third photo. This will straighten your radius rods out but you axle / bushing and pin may also need replacement
