Tractor Year

I have a Ferguson 35 that has serial number 150400 and according to records it is the year 1955 or 1956. I would like to know which year??? The tractor has a pan seat. It is painted red and gray. It does not have headlights.It does have live PTO and live hydt lift. Any ideas???? Thanks.

According to the serial number listing on the left side of this page.
Serial numbers: your tractor is a 1955 if I read the numbers correct.

If it's a 55 it will have round pedals(break-clutch) 56 it will be flat and wide. Most with pan seats is a special with no live pto or lights. Seat may been changed.

my 55 to-35 153293 has flat brake pedals and a round clutch pedal.

my 56 to-35 is as you describe.

My TO 35 ser. # 140194 has the round clutch and flat brakes too.
