Mike Darlington 03-15-2013 15:06:12 24.112.143.243 Report to Moderator	The loader's hydraulics work off a pump in the front and it is working fine. The 3 pt system is working as well. Sorry for the confusion. My question concerns the rocker assembly and the hydraulic lift covers and controls. I used the terms from the parts book this time. The attachment is pinned on the bottom and the hydraulic lift yoke is pinned at the top. The yoke is mounted to the rocker and there is part of the lift spring control plunger showing. There is nothing in between, no spring,no lift spring spacer. So that function of the tractor cannot work. We used a rear blade on the 3 pt hitch and it worked fine. We now have a single bottom plow and a disc. Can we use those attachments without that system connected and functioning? Thanks for answering my questions. I'll try and get a pic uploaded. With excessive clearance the lift will still work but the automatic draft control won"t work properly. With an implement such as a 2 bottom plow raised there should be .020 clearance between the spring and the plunger. More than likely you will have to heat the plunger cherry red to get it turn. They have been on there too many years without being adjusted or greased and it is probably rusted up tight. If it seems like it will not turn do not force it. You can bend the fork and do other damage. Heat and rust penetrant will be your friend on this job. [Reply]  [No Email]

The only thing connecting the yoke at the rocker and the plunger is air. I hope to get a pic tomorrow. I hope this will clear up my question. I am missing everything between the yoke and plunger. There is no spring, no spacer, nothing there. Just a few remnants of what used to be. As a result the Ferguson System is not functional. Is it safe to use our recently purchased single bottom plow and a disc. Not at the same time, I know that much, J/K. Thoughts? Jason S. 03-15-2013 22:25:06 174.252.144.111 Report to Moderator	Re: Ferguson System in reply to Mike Darlington, 03-15-2013 19:32:54   You won"t be able to use it like it is currently because every time the plow hit encountered any resistance it would transfer the energy thru the top link to the yoke and draft spring and it would cause the plow to lift which is what it is supposed to do.Since you don"t have the spring the plow would constantly be trying to lift out of the ground because the spring isn"t there to add resistance to the top link forces. If you tried hooking it below the yoke or any other way the tractor will just try to flip over backwards. I wouldn"t try to use it until I got all the pieces installed back on it.
