TO-30 Engine Swap? Z129

I have a TO30 that has a bad Z129 motor. Is there another motor I can swap with it?

I know this is very taboo for most of you, but I realy need your help on this one.

The Z120 from the TO20 would bolt in, however the mounting points for your TO30 generator bracket are not on the earlier engine so that would be an issue.

What is wrong with your Z129?

Z129s may be scarce in some parts of the country but over-all in N. America there are plenty around. i.e Easy to find here in Cent. WI. Ken B

Exactly what do you mean when you say the motor is bad?
