TO-30 thrust washers

OK I'm putting my crank in my TO-30 and the new bearings came with 2 thrust plates and I'm not sure where the other one goes? the z129 only has one thrust washer right? Thanks
 
Originally they had a flanged bearing and the flange was to the inside of the motor and the thrust washer was on the outside. Most replacement bearings are not flanged so it uses a thrust washer on the inside and one on the outside of the block.
