Drain from BOTH drain plugs on left side, drain when oil is hot to get most of the crud out and leave overnight if you can. Re-fill through the plug at side of Gear Change Lever. Fill with 2 gallons at a time and allow to stand for 15 mins before adding another 2 gallons, do this until you have filled the correct amount. DON'T fill more than 2 gallons at any one time as it could run through the oil seal into the Clutch should the seal be worn and leaking, if you I know the seal is OK then you can fill all the oil. Providing you add the correct amount of oil, there is no need to use the dipstick as it does take a while to level out. Just check it the following day. Use 10W/30 Multi-grade oil which will be much better in cold conditions and is fine for summer use too. You appear not to have an operators book for this tractor, if you email me direct at the address below I will send you a copy on-line...John(UK)..fergusontractors@hotmail.com

Best to drain all three. There is only one place to fill. Holds 8 gallons. Put in 6+ and let it settle for an hour or two, check level and finish filling if necessary.

Only two drains for the hydraulic oil on a 35 and one filler beside the gear lever. Use super Universal 15W30 oil. Sam
