I had posted a while back on I had come up with a way to get close to a TO30 or 35 output while using a Z120 block. I would have to get custom pistons made but at work the other day it came to me. My Z120 had been rebuilt with the no longer available 3.25" sleeves. I felt stupid because I hadn"t thought about it before...the TO30 was 3.25" bore. My sleeves have no wear on them because the motor hasn"t been run much since it was rebuilt by a previous owner. All I needed was a TO30 crank and a set of standard TO30 pistons which this site lists. Does anybody know anything about these pistons on this site? Aside from that I would have to get a TO30 intake valve and have the seat recut in the head for its larger diameter. |

| TO 30 had a longer duration cam than the 20s I think. To 30 cam might be good for a little power. |
