One of our Ferguson guys lost his Mum to cancer last year.He has been growing a small plot of oats just to have something to do with his tractors as he has no farm (playing!) So this year he decided to have a bit of a threshing day(yesterday) to raise a few pounds for Marie Curie cancer care. About 100 people turned up at an event that was not advertised, only by word of mouth....Most turned up to see his Ferguson collection! In total to date we raised £860 from contributions and the sale of the corn and straw (£1.00=$1.65) Just thought you might like to see the pics and how different our threshing boxes look....
