ok. The Perkins diesel. But what about throwing all of that power and torque on a trans and axle designed for a 30 hp Continental???? I really don;t know. I would think it's too much power. |

| We built one for pulling with a Standard petrol engine and used the head of a Triunph TR4 sports/racing car with twin choke webbers, we also fitted a high-lift cam and increased the revs to 4500rpm,We managed to get 200 hp out of the beast, quite a rise from 22 hp. this power was all transmitted through a diesel TE rear axle, which is the same as a TO30 with no problems, only problem was getting it stopped, but we sussed that also!
