 There should be a spring connected from the bottom of the lift cylinder to the control fork under the lift cover. If this is missing, there won't be any pressure holding the control fork against the quadrant lever shaft offset. The quadrant cork friction disk may also need replacing if the lever can freely flop around. Sorry, don't know any really good tricks to get those lift arms off. After lots of heat, penetrating oil and pounding I have given up on a few... Dan

| That would explain they the forks just flopped around. The spring was not hooked to the forks and was just hanging from the cylinder. That also explains why the offset wasnt touching anything. Thanks!
