Anyone know Ron or Lorilyn Fishcher from St. Charles, MI? I bought an item from them on flebay and they refuse to send it. I guess it didn't bring enough to suit them, so they just cancelled the sale after the auction was over. Excuse was it had a small defect even though the listing had in bold print buying as is and no returns. They look like country folks but just not the honest ones you would expect in the old tractor hobby. Beware!

Everyone who buys on Ebay should be required to sell on Ebay so they get both sides. Not saying your are wrong but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion based upon my selling experience on Ebay. There at least as many thieves buying on Ebay as selling, probably more. I have sold cheap items plainly described as defective, as-is etc only to have the buyer claim that I misrepresented the item. It costs more to ship it back than it is worth so they are told to keep it and sale will be cancelled. Ebay will ALLWAYS side with the buyer when there is a dispute like this because you have to let them return the item if they say it isn't as described no matter what the ad says for return policy, been there, done that.

As to your thought about it not bringing enough I have had that happen to me also so you may just be right. All seems to be part of the game when you deal on Ebay?

I have sold many items on eBay too and know there are good and bad people on both sides. eBay will not let me open a case because I was refunded my money. The only thing I lost was a good buy on the item I needed. I wish everyone was honest!
