Timothy Gray in Georgetown Ohio sold us a Massey Ferguson 50 Tractor. However, he fraudulently listed it as a MF65 on EBAY. The Business Equipment Protection Plan from EBAY opened a claim against him and Tim Gray offered a partial refund of $500 which we accepted. He paid the $500 and then had the claim closed. He then filed a claim with PayPal that he didn't authorize the payment, but we have PROOF that he did authorize the refund. He couldn't have even had our PayPal email address any other way. PayPal reversed the payment and Tim Gray of Gray's Used Tractors got his money back, because he lied to PayPal and us. This made our PayPal account go negative. Tim Gray is a VERY dishonest seller, and will do anything to get away with his bad business practices. We plan to sue him now in court. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

That's what I hate about paypal they can refund the buyers money without the sellers permission.
 
Yes Tim gray is a bad businessman... He buys all these low houred tractors that are one owner...he really buys all his tractors and equipment at consignment or absolute auctions...I have seen him in person buying equipment and tractors ..then selling them on eBay claiming to be one owner and very low hours..b#&@$#%t....he's one big liar ..he took me on a 9n ford..run great but the lift did not work..said he would refund me some money..never did see check..but if I can make one person not buy his stuff..well that will make me happy enough....Dan.
 
I really wish I would have read this before I puchased a Massey Ferguson 1045 from him. Does no one have the courage to give this guy bad feedback? 4wd is trashed and no hydraulic lift pressure, he told me to get an estimate and we would "work something out" Guess what, he's no longer on ebay and won't answer the phone. I turned in a claim with ebay, but since he wouldn't use Paypal there's no recourse other than an attorney. I definately learned my lesson. What a Crook!
