BEWARE OF PATRICK MOSSET

Why would you not tell the truth!!!!! You bought a tractor as it was advertised , I never advertised it with a pto nor did I tell you anything different !!!!!!! You said your self the rest of the tractor is correct !!!!you now have refused to pay the freight on tractor !!!!!!. So if you are going to bad mouth me because of your actions that is your choice , pay the freight bill and I offered to help pay for part of pto cost but that was not good enough!!!! So you are on your own now , have a good day

to all who deal with patrick,,WATCH OUT!!! he told me over the phone, the 1256w had dual hyd.,working ta,dual pto,and a cab on the tractor.i had said i would also like to have big tires and big fenders on it.he said he had big tires he would put on. the cab he wouldnt take off but would send the fenders with.
Sounds good so far.....but ....when i get the tractor NO pto and NO brackets to mount fenders!!! i had called him asap, asked where are the brackets and pto? thats when the lies became more lies.the tires are 23.1x34 . i was told that they are suposed to be 24.5x32.and if you are taking off the cab and putting on fenders you need the brackets with them!!! " just cobble it together and get it out the door" that should be patcicks motto. As far as shipping. Our price was agreed on over the phone, including shipping. I received a text from him prior to him sending the tractor, asking for the shipping expense to be paid. When I called him on it, then he seemed to remember that was in on our agreement. Then he shipped the tractor to me.

I bought a 1206 wheatland 1/6/2014 he told me that head gasket was leaking so he put head gasket in an also said he took pump an injectors out had check when he got head back on he could not get running so I ask if he check pistons to see if they were all right he said were fine also ask about torque he said was fine I ask how he knew because the would not run an he said was fine. the tin work was supposed to be all there but was two pieces missing truck driver said he brought every thing he was given. the driver said patrick would blame him an when ask he did blame him. he wants to blame every one else just send me the rest of my parts.

clayton, sorry you got burned by patrick mosset tooooo!!!,people like him shouldnt be allowed to advertise on this website...why does YT tractors let this happen???

Dennis I hope he sends me the rest of my tin have decided to someday restore the 1206 it might be a while but would like to have the rest of my parts. they were there when I purchased it. you know I had a decussion with him about having to send all the money up front an he said he might get burned. what about the person he sells too. we sure as hell got burned. have a good day would like to meet you some day. this is all for now

I am the trucker that hauled these tractors , Dennis your tractor was a very nice running tractor , it did nit have pto you should have asked or got pictures!!!! This is wrong on your part to blame Patrick ... Clayton you bought a non running tractor so do not complain ! As for the piece of tin missing you say ! I never said anything of the sort to you !!!! It seems you two are in together to bad mouth Patrick , well maybe you can not buy a tractor from your own area because people know what you both are all about !!!!!!!you both need to grow up

so the trucker who gets paid hauling his tractor jumps in and sticks up for him. im sure that cant be biased in the least bit.......

Here is what happened to me....Ad read as such: JD60 30, had small tick in engine last fall so owner shut it down. Should be an easy fixer-upper. I asked him what he thought...to which he replied maybe a bad injector, loose rocker adjustment, loose rod cap. Well, tractor came....NO battery, starter does not work, Get this....NO OIL IN ENGINE!!!! I poured 26 qts in, it started after a little pulling, ran for about 3 mins, lots of blowby then seized up tight. I don't think the owner shut it down. the tractor shut itself down from no oil. I asked for previous owners # just to get a lil info on anything I may have to address that may not be seen-a courtousy as long as I was going to be working on it. Wouldn't give me any #. Paid 11,000 for a junk motor, will have that in a new reman and labor. Thanks Patrick.

After thinking about my situation...I should have made the time to look at the tractor...Patrick is a jockey, a broker of sorts, like a stock broker. as any stock broker will do they will sell you stock with no guarantee as to how it will do. If I had driven to look at it, I wouldnt have bought it. My fault #1. Second, I put in oil and tried to start knowing that 2 people had said there was a small tick previously....should have just started to tear down rather than start. I admit...2 sides to every story. Maybe we all need to man up and rethink about what we did or did not do.
