I know that a few of you had dealings with "Roger" between 2 1/2 and 3 years ago. Here is an update on him.
Real name: Danny Joe Crabtree
We saved every text message that we sent to him and he sent to us. After about 10 months of broken promises from him we contacted the District Attorney for Davies County. It took almost another year and a half, but through the court system we recovered our money as did 2 other parties. Not only did he have to make restitution, but the judge ordered him to serve one year in jail! If you Google Mr Crabtree"s name you will find that he has done this sort of thing many times in the past. Hopefully he will learn his lesson (I doubt it), but I sure did get and education in trusting people.
