John took weights and other parts off tractor just before hauler arrived to pick it up.
He won"t return calls or emails.
 


Sorry to hear of that, but you are not alone in this matter. I am dealing w/ a different person but he also has my parts and other at this time but will not call me or answer my calls. You can take matters to the better business bureau, he will get an e-mail.

My attorney feels I have a good case since everything is so well documented with emails and pictures.
I would like to see Yesterdays Tractors show the names of these guys along with the ads. Had I known about this guy before, I would not have had anything to do with him.

number 1 a 4430 jd with good rubber,cab,full tank of fuel and a hd 8" backblade plus trucking for $11,200 is hardly a ripoff. Now for your options bring the tractor back and i will refund your monet in full since you apparently want a $15,000 tractor for FREE! Another option would be to spend money on an attorney that will get you nowhere. I had to wait ten days for your check to clear the bank and arrange all trucking for you so i don"t wanna hear your sob story and i have returned your emails. Just go ahead and bash me on the internet for every ten deals that are good there"s always a guy like you. P.s. VERY ADULT OF YOU! JOHN HARTWICK
 
It is really sad that you think that what you did is OK. You made the deal, cashed my check, waited until the trucker came to pick up the tractor, and then took the parts off that YOU agreed went with it, and now try to say that this is OK. You know that this is EXACTLY what happened. I just want everyone out there to know who you are and what you do!
