Justin Click, still a dead beat on the court order to pay me for the tractor he swindled me out of.
Of course some of his buddies will jump in here and say how great the fellow is. I have the proof, I have the court's documents. He is a swindler. He owes me $3,500 plus interest and court costs. Beware his stories.

Always two sides for every story JC is a good friend and helps many people in this hobby with parts and advice.

The judge heard both sides. If I were you I would watch your friend. I thought he was mine too.

THEN GO COLLECT and quit crying!!! With an judgment you can collect the money if you pursue it. Whining on here about how bad he is will not gain you ONE cent.

I am still in the collection process. There are a few more hoops across state lines. I am not crying about it. I am keeping a skunk in the daylight is all and will until this is settled. You can try to bury it like a cat does but it is what it is. If I keep one more person from being swindled I have done what I set out to do.

It's strange how your the only one on here bad mouthing . From what I know you were offered money and asked for this to end but that was not good enough because you want to cry to everyone how bad a guy he is. Back to what I said two sides to every story.

I thought I had a friend too until he started bad mouthing me over a tractor trade. I even offered TWICE to trade back and remedy any hard feelings but he wanted nothing to do with it, but was quick to run his mouth. You get what you deserve Bill

Out of all the people ive ever dealt with over the years and sold parts and tractors to, Sloroll was the only one who ever kicked me in the teeth. He was the only person also to EVER complain about anything

I kept my mouth shut long enough, but I am tired of the temper tantrums

If you are Mr. Click and have a judgement against you for heavens sakes pay the man and put this to bed.

to my knowledge ive never seen Justin post here as either a guest or a member so its almost a given that he hasn't seen this on here.

I DO know the one site he is on for sure and seems strange that NOTHING has been said to him on that site..........go figure

Boy if that isn't great thinking Bob.. lets translate that. If she wasn't dressed like that she wouldn't have been raped.. If he wouldn't have been there after dark he wouldn't have gotten mugged.. Yah, I did something stupid and I am angry with myself but that still doesn't change the fact I was swindled. I trust people as I suspect most people on this forum do. I am not whining about being the moron that this crook stole from but I am not going to hide my face in shame because I was screwed. I am not going to let the perpetrator get away with it either.

Best thing you can do is go to Smokstak and start a thread about this in the fraud section. we both know that Justin is a regular forum member there.

I would think that would be the best way to get a response is to actually go to the place you KNOW you will find him. not somewhere he's not

I have worked with Justin for about 6 years. Justin has been very fair with me and I have been with him. Any type of relationship requires give and take. I don't know all of the facts of this transaction that went bad but this is what I do know. I contacted Bill and said I would draft a short document for both he and Justin to sign that required them to both refrain from talking about this matter any more and that as soon as signed I would forward a cashiers check to Bill from Justin. Bill would not agree to refrain from speaking ill of Justin so the deal would not get signed. I have all of the emails and the document to back up what I have said. I think Bill needs to look in the mirror because as one of the other collectors posted, Bill likes to whine. Bill, life is just too short to expend so much energy on negativity. Move on with life and smell the roses instead of sniffing the sh--.

ironic.....he somewhat did the same to me

we traded some tractors and HE set the stipulations of the trade. He got the tractor and liked it. I got mine and was happy. about a month later he decided to bash me on Cowboard. I call him and ask him whats up. he said nothing and that things were fine. told him I didn't get that impression and said we could trade back and I would eat the trucking. he didn't want to, he wanted to keep the tractor. few more weeks went by and he starts bad mouthing me again. I bought a new transmission case for the tractor he had thinking that would make things right. he didn't want it and continued to act like things are fine. He must turn into a tough guy behind the keyboard because on the phone he acted like everything was fine. I tried TWICE to make him happy and he wanted nothing to do with it. he likes to play the 'poor me' card. I guess ive just had enough of hi shi* and now im not gonna be quiet anymore.

funniest part of the deal was he had steel wheel tractors at the airport which is nothing but concrete everywhere. he gets one form me (26 regular on steel) and later on the transmission case cracks and then he blames me...........hmmmmm
