You will have to do whatever is necessary to get the Sheriff to start seizing and auctioning his assets to satisfy the judgment. When the Sheriff shows up to start seizing his stuff, then maybe he will realize that this is not a game and he will either pay up or his stuff will be sold and you will get the money that way.
