I posted a "wanted" message on this website a few weeks ago and received a response from a George Neville idicating he had my wanted item and would sell it. We agreed on a price and he gave me a total price which included shipping. He insisted on Western Union money transfer, which was ok with me. I sent the money to a Charlotte Benson of Niles, Michigan. He supposedly shipped the item. About a week later he notified me that the shipper wanted more money. I figured he made a mistake originally so I sent him the extra money. About 10 days later he notified me again saying the shipper wanted still more money. I wasn't happy about this but he already had my money, so I took a chance and sent him more money. I waited for my item. Didn't arrive. I next heard from him, stating he was selling this item too cheaply and wanted more money. At this point I had to cut the head off the snake and said the deal was off and to return my money. He returned an email saying no refunds. So now I am still without the item and also without my money. It's too bad that every once in a while one these people emerges from the ground and spoils it for the rest of us trying to enjoy antique tractor collecting. Folks be careful.
