Anyone ever heard of this guy, wants to send payment by genuine and confirmed bank draft or certified company ck. and has his own private shipper to pick up tractor, sounds like a scam to me.Cant seem to find feedback, suppose to be out of Florida I dont think Im interested in this kinda deal. deal or no deal. no deal

I was made this type of offer a while back. In checking around I was advised bank checks are easy to fake. Your bank will cash them but can not determine if the money is actually in said account. The check can bounce a couple weeks later and your bank will pull the money back from your account - in the mean time the shipper has picked up the tractor and vanished. I am not saying this will happen, just that a bank/certified or whatever check does not make it fool proof.

He emailed me last week about buying my JD B I have on here. It sounds like a scam to me.

It is indeed a scam. Read the emails closely and you will see some broken English many times.
There is no living person in the world in their right mind that will pay more than asking price. No one has a free shipper.
Never sell to anyone that you cannot either speak with in person, or several times on the phone.
Last, place a 20 day hold on any item that they want to pay for with "bank check", "money order", Western Union", etc. As soon as they see the hold time, they will disappear.

Have him send you a check using Federal express. Then turn it over to the authorities or whatever you want to do with it. The key thing is to make him spend some money without getting anything in return. If this happens enough times to him, he may just decide it is more profitable to earn an honest living.

Yeah, I get those and I email them back asking for there phone#, a picture of them for the police, there address where the law can come to, and their personal checking acount #. I don't hear anymore from them also.

He sent me 4 emails off same ad stating exact ad contents hoping it was not sold even had ph#.These guys are so obvious and find it hard to believe any one falls for their line.
