Can't you get the proper authorities involved to check if it is the same tractor, especially if there is a judgement against it? Drew Armstrong and Justin Click could be one and the same or in cohoots.

Well, the case has been to court, the judgment has not been paid. My tractor is gone. With out going into liability realms I can say that I believe this is the correct tractor as I think most men believe their children are theirs with out a DNA test. My tractor was taken by Justin Click (Lake Station IN and a very similar rare Road Builder Special Huber with strikingly similar repairs is now for sale in Valparaiso, IN (about 14 miles away. I am not trying to be a smarty pants, I just don't want someone getting burned on this tractor as this situation is still very active. Thank you for your concern.

If you weren't paid, wouldn't it still be considered a stolen tractor? I think you would be well within your rights to have the police or sheriff show up with you where the tractor is located. You've got court and probably other documents to back you up. I think they could legally seize the tractor and hold it until the matter was cleared up. If Justin didn't come up with the money, you get the tractor back. I know someone who had a custom built hunting trailer stolen($18,000). He was going fishing with a friend of his and saw what looked like his trailer parked way out in a field almost hidden behind tree's. They went to check it out. Sure enough it was his. The guy there claimed he bought it for $3000. Upon investigation most of the other stuff there(lots of it) was also stolen. It sure didn't hurt that his friend just happened to be a police officer. He did get his trailer back. It's not trespassing if there is evidence to suggest stolen property.
