Anyone have any experience with this person. Contacted me about a truck engine. When I contacted him back, said he liked my price on my TRACTOR, then wanted my info. Didn't seem right to me so I stopped contact.

Sounds very "Nigerian". No one needs any information in order to decide to buy. If they want to come to your place to look first, you decide if you give out your address.
The scammer typically ask for "name, address, phone number" and at times other info. They are never coming to see it in person, they are never going to pay cash and they always have "a special arrangment with shipping".
We can put a clamp on their butts if enough people get the word and know what to look for.
