I responded to listed email on Ad #398545 for check wire stakes. Received reply back within the hour stating the cost was $25 plus $15 for shipping and included address to send money. I sent a check which cleared my bank on 8/30/2010. I still do not have the stakes I paid for. I contacted seller on the phone number listed on his ad today and he claims he never received the money and further never received an email from me. Email I received information on these stakes was from:

How can someone intercept information sent through the Yesterday Tractor Web Site Ad?

Is that the email address that was on the ad?
The person that posted the ad information is the only one that can enter an email address. Keep everything that you have related to this transaction. File a complaint with your state and the federal agency that oversees Internet fraud. It could take a while but their lives will never be the same after they are convicted of computer fraud, amoung other possible infractions.

I had someone put my pictures of what I had for sale on here, and make up all kinda stuff, I still have the ads, how would I turn these over to the fraud department, they also used my name and phone#. But I was not who put in on here??? Thanks Rick

Yes, Chris is indeed a man of honor. He was as concerned as I was about this situation. All is remedied now after much confusion and I have the utmost respect for Chris.
