Ron - Reporting feedback is what this forum is all about. As hard as I work at meeting customer needs, I have absolutely no sympathy for a clod who delays action, and/or will not make contact with a dealing partner SOON after contact is requested. Why should a dozen others suffer the same fate just because of fear? No - the jerk has an opportuniy to come on here and provide an answer - and should! Let's be in support of one-another. (PatB)
