I second that positive comment!
Dean is what this hobby used to be all about. He is honest, very helpful, does exactly what he says when he says it, and communicates well.
It is not difficult, just takes an honest person.
I think that is the missing link when we see so many negative comments about a few on here. You cannot "make" a person honest, anymore than you can place a rock in an oven and pretend that it is a biscuit.
