Justin Made up a Frankenstein tractor instead of doing the restoration he promised me on a tractor I purchased from him. Lost for ever is the rare 1919 Twin City Borg Beck I purchased. He scrapped most all of it without telling me. I have a conglomeration of running parts of which even the data tag was chiseled off to evidently perpetuate his fraud. He admits what he has done (it can't be hidden) but for some reason doesn't want to cough up what he owes me in the difference between this hermaphrodite multi year cluster tractor and what I gave him for it. Beware, He sounds genuine but watch him close.
