They Dropped my MC D 10-20 breaking many parts. They didn't bother to call or inform me. I paid shipping for the hulk back to me. It wasn't until the hauler pulled in did I know of any damage or the missing parts. Being an E-bay purchase they swore they would make it right. They did so until I could no longer leave feedback or have recourse through paypal. Then I was forgotten. They offered to replace the parts broken and missing but I had to pay to ship them or buy another tractor from them so they could put the parts on another load headed to me of which I would pay shipping. |

| Ebay and PayPal are not your only possible resolve. Gather up all of your documentation, emails, Ebay ad with pictures & description, and the "after" photos. Write a professional cover letter explaining what happened and what they "offered" to resolve their mess. Mail it to the KS State Attorney General and your state. (if different) You can also file the complaint online. http://www.ksag.org/page/file-a-consumer-complaint You will get a reply and they will get some heat that they do not want. This typically leads to investigations, looking at their operations, "books", etc. Most of these slavage yards do not want the state snooping around as there are typically things that will jump out to bite them. |

| It was an early 10-20 with the short louvers. The hood was crushed in and one side panel missing the other folded. The fuel tank was dented in, the steering wheel snapped off, The fenders were damaged (they weren't anything great before though but were salvageable. The air-cleaner was broken and the side of the radiator cracked. No major parts but pricey parts to replace. Most everything top side was damaged. I don't know what happened, I wasn't there, but it looked like it rolled over, or nearly so. I had photos before of a pretty straight tractor. I got something else. |

| Man......that ain't good. Sounds almost like winch lift damage followed by droppage. I would be sick. I followed some tractors they were selling a while back on e-bay as they came from the same sale i attended last year. |
