VERN,,, WILKE, ETC

First off I am Brandon Wilke, it makes me feel great to know that you are so concerned about what other people are doing when it is no business of yours. Furthermore how do you know that we do not pay for ads and do not send this site money, wow you might feel like a fool now. I am also sure that half or more than half the ads on here are for resale and that is not for you to define. P.S. If I did this for a living I would have been broke along time ago, but thank you so much for your concern. Please call me with questions (920)988-0673 LIKE REAL PEOPLE DO

I totaly agree, you pay the fee up front and DEALER gets added to your add, some people dont like to buy from a dealer, afraid they are making money on them, personally I have bought from a few dealers and it was a very good experience, and usually a better deal than private individual, that can work both ways, I know a lot of people who use this site that make contributions to this site unanimousley so they dont have to be labeled a dealer, in most cases that is probably what is happening, however there are a lot of critics that use buyer seller feedback that I dont think have ever bought a tractor or maybe have the means or proper location to do so, but they do own a computer and have a lot of free time to worry about everyone elses business.

One would think that you would use a real name instead of the handle you did here. That alone makes a person look shady. I too looked at the ads and even though you might slide funds to the site, it still makes your ads look like a direct violation of the site rules. You may not realize it, but it does make you look bad the way it is. I don't mean this to look like I am slamming you because that is not the intent. Only to point out that it does make a person look shady when they post so many ads as was done here. Then to see that same person post a message hiding behind a handle only to post their name really looks like a 10 year old is speaking. Think before you speak and do as things are asked. Gets you allot further in life.

Dave, can you not read? the gentlemen who defended himself is not hiding, he actually listed his entire name and phone number. He also stated he donates money to this site and wether they do it behind the seen or not who are you to say that is wrong. IT IS NON OF YOUR BUSINESS. Sounds like another chat room mudd slinger that has nothing better to do. If you think what he is doing is wrong you should call him he actually listed his phone number while defending what he should have not had to. I have purchased several tractors from these people and they are first class.

In case you missed it "All who enjoy seeing ads" is the handle used. Anyone can poke in a message claiming to be someone they are not just to agitate the board and provide a phone number. That alone gives the impression that one does not care what others read or see. Second, as stated by me, its not to slam someone, its a suggestion and a potential smarter business move by playing by the rules.
You are 100% correct that it is none of my business, however everyone is entitled to their own free speech and opinion. I guess mine is more firm on the ways some present themselves. If you need further, the email is always open and posted.

WOW, This is why I rarley even look on the chat site. All the problems this world has and people still pick at the darndest things. Why would someone lie about their name and number when they are placing ads on the site you could call them right now, THEY STATED WHO THEY ARE, THEY ARE NOT HIDING. Then to call someone ten years old, if you seen the operation these people run and how hard they work you would be ashamed of that. You should think before you speek it will get you farther. HA HA

I am not stating my name or phone number, call me a coward if you like, but I do know the accused, and Bob is right, they run a first class operation, work very hard, most two jobs, day and night, calling them a 10 year olds, I dont know you, but I do know the name and phone number in the add is correct, believe me it will get you in contact with Brandon, maybe you should see if you can come to their location and view there operation before you start calling them 10 year olds, I am not slamming you, but assuming anything, or accusing anybody of anything is pretty harsh, you had better know what you are talking about before any finger pointing or name calling is done.

I deal in a few pieces a year, not enough to be no dealer, just cause I enjoy it.Trust me,After dealing with some folks,You had better make a little money,or otherwise scrap it

The rules and guidelines are clearly stated on the website for all to read. I have copy/pasted them here for others to read.

By posting an ad here, you further agree to the following guidelines:
If you are a dealer or a person engaged in selling tractors or parts as a business, or if you sell more than 8 tractors a year, you MUST place your ad in the Dealer Category and pay a nominal fee.
E-Bay advertisements are permitted but they must be placed in the Dealer Category, which is fee based.
Ads that do not meet our guidelines will be deleted, and those who ignore the guidelines may lose the privilege of posting here.
No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. Ads in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning.
No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
No ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of this State or Province, this Country, or of the state or country of domicile of the person posting the ad shall be allowed.
Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
The Yesterday's Tractor Co. reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.
Thank you. We hope that these guidelines will make the Yesterday's Tractors Photo Ads more enjoyable for everyone.

The rules are the rules, they apply to everyone on here, including the ones that think they are smart by not following the rules.
It IS the business of anyone that has access to this site.
If you post more than eight (8) tractors on here a year, you are expected to be honest enough to pay the fees and post as a dealer. It is not about if you do it for fun, or don't make much money.
If you want to make up your own rules or not follow the ones on here, you may want to get your own site where you can make and break your won rules.
Those are the rules, if anyone cannot stand up to them, they know what to do.

I think you have misunderstood the entite purpose of the message here. No one is calling the operation shady, the point is that dealers MUST place ads in the dealer section. Thats the point. Chris placed rules and requirements on the board for everyone. Regardless if someone dumps a huge load of cash in the hands of the board operation, dealers are REQUIRED by the terms of use to place their ads in the proper location. It is the actions of those dealers which give a false impression to the users. Regardless of who they are and whether or not its a quality whatever.

Are you people that are wining about someone possibly not labeling them selfs as a dealer serious, GET A LIFE!!!!! Do you not have anything else to worry about.

I don't know that they are dealers or folks that like to show off the tractors that they have. Wilke has the same tractors on here time and time again and most times without a price. I'd sure like to afford all the tractors he has. Must be very nice. And his place looks clean also.

Just my two cents worth.

Jim
