MIKE WINGER DUBUQUE IA

hello i have a story to tell you about mike winger. i first meet mike last winter when he came to my farm to pick up tractor parts! he seemed nice enough and told me his son was oversees fight for our country, and that he wanted to have this john deere A fixed up for his son for when he returned home. so of course gave him a good deal on the parts. i had some parts on a few pallets that i had listed on ebey that he looked at them and said he would bid on them and come back if he won any. well he did bid and won alot of parts, he emaild me and said he would come and pick them up in 2 weeks, i think 3 weeks went by and was starting to get a little worried (ebey will refund your listing fees if you turn in a deadbeat bidder but has to be done within a time limit) well time ran out and lost my chance at getting my money back. so i called mike again! I think i caught him by surprise and he answered the phone and he told me he had the flu! it sound like it so i believed him. told me he was going to pick-up the parts in a couple weeks! He never came,i tried to call and email many times no luck! well i was out my ebey fees around $75. i was just going to let it go but then i noticed he gave a fellow parts guy bad feedback on parts bought on ebey. he drove right past my place picked up the parts paid for them and then went back home and gave the seller bad feeback? the seller returned his money in order to get the negetive feeback removed. starting to sound fishey??? then i find out he is not working on one tractor but many tractors. now i am thinking to myself? does this guy even have a son fighting for our country???? or is this made up to get a better deal?? i am not worried about the money i lost, i just wanted to warn everyone on the site about mike winger of dubuque iowa so this does not HAPPEN TO YOU. thank you for yor time

Ill be glad to add to this John, Mike bought several parts from me on eBay, Said he would pay for them when he picked them up, ok thats fine, no big deal, as you said, a couple weeks went by, finally he did come, inspected the parts, loaded them, paid for them, got them home and left me negative feedback on everyone of them, after he looked them over BEFORE he paid. I did have to refund his money and he kept the parts, so I was out the parts and money. So we get that all cleared up, next he buys a set of cast wheels from me for a late B, says he will pay when he picks them up again, time goes by, and he emails says he will be there monday to get them, so I worked all day getting them off and prepared for pick up, hes a no show with no calls or emails. Finally I tell him to pay for them on paypal or forget it, he did pay, still never picked them up, finally i got fed up with him, blocked him from my bidders list, and resold the wheels, if he wants his $50 for the wheels back that i offered him, I aint heard from him yet. Just avoid this guy, hes bad news, you cant please him no matter what you do,

Why did you have to refund the money? And not get the parts back?.....

He wont bring the parts back and wouldnt withdrawl the negative feedback until I sent him a refund, I figured the negative feedback was at least something I got back out of the deal to have removed from my ebay name.

Didn't you say that you were done with this site and would not be back a few weeks ago?
