I posted in the want add looking for a fan shaft and governer gear for a John Deere on 4-18 and Harlan was the first to reply, That made me think this guy would be on top of his word. He asked for a cashiers check wich went out the next day. 4-28 I sent him a e-mail asking him if he got my check and how do we stand on a shipping date? No answer. 5-6 same thing.5-7 same thing.5-9 same thing. 5-11 He replied back saying He had no luck after looking at several and sent a refund out that day. As of 5-24 I still have not seen that refund.5-23 I sent him an e-mail asking him to respond back or I will get my moneys worth trash talking him on this site. So what do you think?
 
if you sent that check thru the US mail, and they do not send the part or refund your money contact the local postal inspector and file mail fraud charges against the seller.
 
The mention of the name ------ ------ should get something going. This feedback column has been a tad bit boring lately.
 
Brian, My apologies for not getting your refund check out when I said I would, my mom had a stroke and we were in rochester, mn mayo clinic with her at that time. I will either send you back a cashiers check for the $100 or I can paypal it to you, I have no problem returning your money, Out of all of the As I had for parts I honestly thought one of them would have a good set of gears in it, as I told you over the phone, I could have sent you those, but I wouldnt send you a set that I myself wouldnt be happy with. email me at [email protected] and let me know how you want your refund. My Grandfather and I have boughten a 420 highcrop from harlen, very happy with him and the tractor. no complaints will do business again.
 
Harlan is good for his word. He bought a tractor from me and everything went good. I understand your concern, but I think you'll find it will all work out.
 
well it did work out, I got my money back and he only wasted six weeks of my time. I have since found and bought what I needed to complete my restoration.
