Was wondering if anyone had complaints lately ? Bought a tractor from them, was told it was field ready and WOW it was not. It had water in the oil, ended up having a cracked head. He would not make things right on it. You bought it "AS IS " sight unseen, thats how they justify it. So did some research on things and found out he buys them from Canada dumps them off in route at times and never actually sees them before he sells them.

If you need to look at a tractor from Benny, call me and I will look for you. If it isnt there, it is in Canada or wherever. I have done this for others and it works. Send me a line and we'll get there when I can...

I have dealt with Ben Burns and let me tell you, he's a crook! He described a JD 80 as running well, along with the pony motor running great. I drove 800 miles to find a tractor that hadn't run in years. The pony motor was completly junk. Needless to say, I drove home empty. I had to fight with this guy for months to get my down payment back, and then only after threatening a lawsuit. BEWARE OF BEN BURNS!
