Why do you want to remove it can be cleaned by putting that end in kerosene ect soaking and blowing out with compressed air unless you need to replace the bearings and clean the rotor and fields.

Have a helper pry with 2 screwdrivers and hit the shaft with a brass punch.

The puller is hollow. Is threaded both internal and
external. the external threads screw in to the paw plate.
A bolt screws into the internal threads and pushes against
the shaft. Tighten the bolt it pushes the plate.
The same puller works on the F4, H4, and the J4 magneto.
