424-D Need a part for the 3 pt. hitch

Does anyone know if this vertical adjusting link is available aftermarket? This one has been welded on and I would like to replace it. I would go for a used one too but didn't see one on eBay.

It looks like I only need the upper part that has the gearbox on it
