Plow for Farmall A

I have a Farmall A and would like to get a small plow for it to till up my garden. I'm thinking I want the mounted plow as it will make the whole outfit as short as possible and easier to maneuver. The 1941 catalog lists an A-92. Is that the best or is there a later one that is more desirable? It will have to be hand lift as I don't have the Lift-All. Any ideas where I could find one complete reasonably?

Look for an A193 - should do nicely on an A.

I bought this Farmall A in 1975 for $100.00. It was in sad shape and it came with the 16-inch plow. It's a little heavy to handle. If you can find one make sure all the brackets are with it for mounting. You also need the levers for lifting and tilting the plow. I bought a Super C later
that had the fasthitch. One of my co-workers loaned me his plow. A lot easier installing the plow. Hal

A lot depends on where your at to be able to find one. I have one that I have no need for but I am in Missouri. I do not know if it is 100% complete but I think it is

When ever you do find one make sure it is all there as there are lots of pieces involved best would be to get an owners manual that way you would know if you get everything.

There is one listed on Y-T adds mite want to check it out they arent that easy to find sure would be worth looking into good luck gene
